She maintained her calm, provided all the information requested by the customer and continued to provide excellent customer service. She was able to do this while being treated in a way that does not meet the standards we expect for both employees and vendors. I paid a bill on a late account 8/7/19 with a rep of yours but was still getting calls from creditors on what I thought was the same debt. Today I spoke with Crystal V. who took the time to see where payments went, explain it all, then take another payment on the older account and send conf#. She was fabulous! (Even though I was obviously upset at the start and very confused what happened before). She was patient and soooo polite. She's what great customer service looks like.
