The Account Management Company (AMC) is a unique sub-division within the collection agency structure that specializes in pre-collections, customer/account service activities, third-party billing/follow-up, and special projects such as conversion balance forward initiatives. AMC is a separate, specialty division staffed with patient accounting and customer/patient service representatives in order to provide patients with a seamless experience which mirrors facility-based operations. The leadership team is supported by a staff of dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated collection representatives who all maintain ACA Certification. Together they consistently generate excellent recovery results balanced with exceptional customer/patient service.
CCC does not currently utilize talk-off scripts. In our experience, patients prefer more individualized communications tailored to their particular situations. Good recoveries often result from relationship-building techniques.
Individual collector productivity is managed via RingCentral’s reliable cloud-based phone system.
